Thank you for your interest in joining the FEA. The FEA currently offers three types of Membership:

1. Members - This class of Membership is limited to Accommodators and their primary advisors (Attorneys and Accountants.) Members are eligible to vote in formal FEA organizational matters.
2. Affiliates - This class of Membership is open to real estate brokers/agents, property managers, banks, TIC sponsors, Escrow and title companies.
3. Individuals - This class of Membership is open to natural persons who are employees of, or independent contractors providing services to, Accommodators or their primary advisors. This class of Membership is open to those individuals who have obtained their CES® designation and are not currently employed with a company who is a member of the FEA.

Annual Membership dues for 2007 are $975.00 for Members and Affiliates. If the Membership is intended to cover multiple locations of a company, $350.00 is required for each additional office.  You may purchase web page links for both the Headquarters and Branch locations at $50.00 each.  Dues are payable upon receipt of a completed application.

If the Membership is intended to cover multiple locations of a company, $300.00 is required for each additional office. Annual Membership dues for 2006 are $300.00 for Individuals. Dues are payable upon receipt of a completed application.
